What is Irish Racing Circle?

Irish Racing Circle is a privately organised Irish racehorse syndicate that brings together a small group in context of race goers, for like-minded participants to take part in a racehorse syndicate.Membership fee will help fund the purchase and running costs, in return for members they will get real involvement — including stable access days, race day participation opportunities', and the opportunity to be part of a horse’s training and racing journey without carrying the financial or operational burden.Members do not own shares in horses and do not take on individual financial or operational responsibility. Horses are operated by the syndicate, and any prize money earned is reinvested for the benefit of the overall membership experience. Membership is capped to maintain quality access and involvement.This is not:-A betting or tipping service
-A speculative investment product
-A public club or membership scheme
-A hospitality or access programmeIt is a structured syndicate Racing experience for people who want a genuine, considered way to participate in Irish racing beyond simply attending race meetings and without heavy financial risk.

1. Apply for membership (No Payment required until later approved)
This phase allows us to confirm demand for the syndicate before activating memberships.2.Activate Membership
Approved applicants are invited to activate Founding Access at £250 per year, it is important to note that the fee will be paid but membership term will not start until the horse is put into training to begin their Journey with us all.3.Irish Racing Circle, will then proceed to purchase an intended race horse and begin the process. (Our expectations is to start with a National Hunt type at either 3-5 year old) and start our Journey from their and potentially add a flat type here after as things progress.4.Once Race horse is in training an early race plan and intended races will be mapped out for everyone.Important note:
*No payment is required until Founding Access is complete, successful applications will be notified and a payment link will be issued hereafter. Once Memberships fee has been paid, the 12 month membership will not start until the horse is purchased and in training as mentioned.

What members get?-Balloted Owners tickets when horse is running.-Regular Trainer & Jockey updates in private group.-Early notice when horse is expected to go well based on yard training performances.-Negotiated member value on general entry or hospitality tickets on day horse is running, which may be purchased by syndicate members seperately.-Stable visits and behind-the-scenes racing experiences, curated in small groups (When available by the appointed yard).-Guest hosting rights, allowing IRC members to bring friends, family (Guest Capacity determined in line with race day and demand)-Founding member status, with locked pricing and priority for future premium IRC membership tiers and flagship experiences when available.

Founding Access memberships is limited to 1,000 Memberships only and applications are expected to exceed availability.This application phase allows Irish Racing Circle to:Confirm the suspected demand.Payment and Activation of memberships will only happen once arrangements are in place and members notified.Approved applications will then be invited to activate their membership at £250 per year via email confirmation.Small disclaimer:

Do I pay to apply now?
No. The application is free. Payment is only then requested once Founding Access is formally activated. (Payment request and founding phase completion will be Notified by email once partnerships agreements are official)Is access guaranteed?
General race day and hospitality entry access is subject to availability (Handled by course) However by when a race horse syndicate is registered with Horse Racing Ireland-There are up to 16-32 Owners enclosure passes available to any registered syndicate. Allocations are handled fairly within the member group, by order of random ballot.Can I bring guests to race day and yard days?
Subject to availability, but yes this would be the intention.What if Founding Access doesn’t proceed?
Nothing, No payment, Zilch, Zero.What if I do not want to uptake my membership when I receive my email when IRC launches?Founding members who applied (Like you) will be notified by email of IRC Syndicate proceeding, Within this email you will be giving the chance to officially take on your membership and make payment, if you chose to not join IRC, your membership opportunity will be made available to the IRC members waiting list. (Remember applications will likely be greater than the 1000 memberships available, the remainder will form a waiting list.What if I apply and don't get an IRC membership?Unfortunately, this will be inevitable for people, due to IRC only having 1000 capped member limit, IRC will place your application on a waiting list & if memberships become available in the form of non renewed memberships etc or similar, IRC Will notify you with an opportunity to uptake your membership.
